I am a Mom, daughter, sister, friend, caregiver, and many other things depending on the day, just like you! Organization, balance, and self-care are of the utmost importance, but sometimes hard to do when your plate is full. Let's work on that.

I received my Masters of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and my Coaching Certification from Grand Canyon University. I also received additional studies and coaching certification from Jefferson Academy.
I love to travel, read, cook, and attend live performances. You can always find me at the gym (always a work in progress!) playing with my dogs, handknitting, or trying something new. I am active in my church and have a heart for the special needs community, social justice issues, and the community in which I live.

A Life Coach...
Life coaching is pretty straightforward because is focuses on what's happening right now. It draws on a foundation of trust to build a relationship that helps the client improve a certain area in their life, gain clarity, create a clear course of action, resolve issues, and prevent them from becoming full blown problems in an unbiased way. A life coach is a brainstorming partner that helps develop new skills, and form new habits, trusts that you can find answers to your own questions, offers insight, and believe that change is possible. Life coaches create strategies that help people achieve goals.

A life coach helps you figure out what you want in life and how to get there. They’re like your personal cheerleader, offering motivation while you tackle challenges and make changes. Life coaches can help with everything from your career to your relationships and overall happiness. Basically, they’re there to help become the best version of yourself!

A life coach isn't a therapist or a counselor, and they definitely don’t dish out medical advice or tackle deep psychological stuff. Their main focus is helping you set and crush your personal goals while keeping you accountable. They're not there to hand you all the answers; instead they're all about empowering you to discover your own way.
